What’s included:

✓ Cover reveal organization & graphics

Cait will create cover reveal graphics for the author, as well as a form to get bloggers and readers to sign up and share. The graphics can include an announcement graphic, a countdown, and the actual reveal graphics.

✓ ARC management

Cait will create a sign-up form, send ebook ARCs, send reminders, and track who has followed through so that you can build up an ARC team of reliable reviewers.

✓ Countdown graphics

Cait will create up to 5 graphics to count down to the release (these can be for days, weeks, or even months). This can include teaser quotes (provided by the author).

✓ Release blitz organization

Cait will create release day graphics, as well as a form to get bloggers and readers to sign up and share.

✓ Release day graphics

Cait will create up to 5 graphics specifically for release day to be shared across social media. This can include simple graphics with the cover, trope images, and/or teaser quotes (provided by the author).

✓ Release party on Facebook (1-2 days in 1 group) and/or a Facebook hop

Cait will create a sign-up form to share, coordinate with participating authors, create graphics for the party and/or hop, and monitor posts. If the author doesn’t have a Facebook group of their own, she is open to hosting it in hers.
For a hop, she would also create the premade post for authors to share, run the giveaway, and announce the winner.
If you’d like a longer party, and/or you’d like the party to take place across multiple days in different groups, this can be arranged, but there will be a price increase.

✓ Giveaway coordination and graphics

This can either be a Facebook hop, an Instagram hop, OR a wide giveaway via Kingsumo or another platform that can be shared everywhere. Cait will create a sign-up form, coordinate with participating authors, create graphics, write premade posts to be shared, and run the giveaway itself. Once it’s finished, she will select the winner, confirm their information, and send it to the authors.

Genres, Price, & Payment

Cait works with a variety of genres in most cases. However, for collaborating with other authors, such as for the party and giveaway, she has a wider network with fantasy, paranormal, and romance authors (or a subtrope of one of these three).

If you are wanting help with a genre outside of these, she would be happy to help with graphics and creating the forms, but she cannot guarantee she will be able to reach people with them herself. If you’d just like her to create these things and then you will do all of the coordinating yourself, we will offer a discount on the bundle.

This bundle is $250. Invoices are sent through PayPal. For most jobs, she asks for half upfront, and then the rest may be paid once finished.
